UP offer a variety of antle supports, this Advanced model  utilises a seamless circular knit to provide compressive support to unstable ankles.  Perfect for rehabilitation and recovery from load related pain, moderate ligament and tendon injuries.

The critical addition to the Advanced model is the cross-over adjustable strap system which is fully adjustable and allows for additional targeted support.  The compression can be applied to target or trigger points, whilst also ensuring a comprehensive personalised fit.

Although thinner than neoprene the compressive design offers a high level of support. Our thinner elastic material is ideal for who are allergic to or dislike the bulk and heat generation of neoprene.

The breathable, compressive 4-way stretch of the material targets support to the area’s most requiring it, mimicking the support and action planes of key ligaments and tendons.

The compressive element also stimulates blood flow which can help prevent the build-up of lactic acid during and post activity.  Better blood circulation reduces cramp and stiffness whilst also being a valuable recovery tool after injury.
